Jennifer Kaap, the Silly Librarian, is a children’s librarian and storyteller. She has presented storytimes in libraries, bookstores, schools, restaurants, parties, and community events. She is a regular presenter at Crystal Lake’s annual Lakeside Festival.
Other places she’s performed include the Crystal Lake Barnes and Noble, the Urbana Free Library, the Mount Prospect Public Library, the Burbank Public Library, the Gail Borden Public Library, the Fox River Valley Public Library District , and the Poplar Creek Public Library District. Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jennifer is also a writer and has experience teaching creative writing and creative dramatics to kids. From time to time, she can be found on stage acting and singing, too. She lives with her husband in Illinois.

I am almost halfway through the program now at Dominican (this semester I am taking Internet Fundamentals and Design–we have to create a website-UGH!!!) Anyway, you look really cute in this picture.
