My Dad

We won’t be having storytimes during the Father’s Day (we’re off for the summer), so I thought that we’d do some stories about daddies. I hope that everyone comes next week for our last storytime of the year–we will have lots of fun (as always)!

For a simple craft, we glued cut-out clip art images of a garbage truck and a trash can to a piece of paper. We also glued onto the paper some paper shreds (“garbage”).

It's Easy Being Green!

Yesterday, I did a guest storytime over at our Buena Vista library. We did stories about things that are the color GREEN in honor of St. Paddy’s Day coming up! (I’m still doing my regular storytime this Friday, though I’m planning on doing some different stories…)
