Last Saturday, I presented a storytime for kids in grades K-3 that highlighted the favorite folktale, Little Red Riding Hood. We had a blast recreating the traditional tale by having the children do a readers theater presentation, reading variant books and poems, storytelling, and watching a video of a Bugs Bunny version. I hope to do another &#8220;Super Saturday Stories&#8221; program in the future and play with other fairy tales and folktales. Also: be on the lookout!
